Finally the test results

We finally got a telephone call from the Neurologist's office to advise us that our son is perfectly OK based on the results from the CT scan. After a week of waiting.

Our big problem with this Neurologist is that he doesn't pick up the phone when you call him and he never returns a call. We were called by his receptionist.

In my opinion that's no way to treat parents that are worried about the outcome of their childs test. Especially a test where the results were obtained and forwarded to the neurologist the same day.

To make the parents wait a week is quite insensitive. Furthermore to have your receptionist to make the call to avoid any questions from the parents is reprehensible.

This is not the way to treat people!
