I have a Tercel that costs about 20 to fill up, and I remember 3 years ago I could fill it up for 10.
Cost of doing business.
We have a Geo Metro. My gas tank holds approximately 7 gallons. I can usually get between 200 and 300 miles out of it. It only costs me $15.00 to fill up the tank, however, I always fill up when it's down to about 1/4 of a tank.
All in all I consider myself fortunate to have a small fuel efficient car, some of my co-workers can at times spend $60.00 to fill up their tanks.
