Today was our 1st night of Lamazze (sp?) classes. Technically it's our 2nd but since the wife was in the hospital we couldn't attend the first night.
They went through what appears to be the basic practices on early stages of labor. With props as well, although the placenta prop looked like the Jellyfish alien in Star Trek (OS). Breathing exercises and short documentary clips were also on the bill.
