I walked into a meeting that had been taking place for over 4 hours. This time I had to discuss with the corporare office the status of change orders for our projects. We did not have such a bad case on our jobs but the ones we did have were doozies.
Perhaps we could do a better job of it with more attention paid to obtaining final resolution however we are limited in manpower and our job loads just get bigger.
I have no desire to stay in the office all day, not when I have a wife and child to come home to. This wasn't the case 4 years ago, but things change.
