My best options for highways home were all backed up, with my usual one closed due to flooding.
I took the side streets to get a little further South to an open portion of the highway.
Once I got connected to the highway I was home in 35 minutes because the roads were practically empty. Sweet! I expected heavy traffic because of all the flooding this morning, actually I expected the flooding to continue.
