Maybe it's just me but I prefer the little packs of tissues. Especially on a rainy day or a windy day, nothing more embarrassing than TP'ing yourself and still having a runny nose.

I use a hand towel if i have a cold runny nose. Cotton tissues are abrasive on prolonged use of COLD noses. And I always use the same wash cloth for blowing dirt and goobies out of my nose.
The Puffs Plus tissues with the lotion added in is pretty soft.
Although on the flip side is easy to ess someone who's used tissues for a long time cause they have their noses are really red.
