Today I'm heading to my friend's place for another game of Champions. Prior to last week I haven't played with these guys in over 2 years but nothing has changed much.
I missed the game sessions, they were my relief valve for sanity, however when you're married with a kid you have to refocus your priorities. But since I don't have my family here I have a little spare time.
I'm not going to play with them every week since the groups dynamic has changed as well, maybe one session a month.
At least it gives me an opportunity to socialize. I tend to be a hermit and stay at home. This gets me out the door.
