We just sent out our Mitchell Lama application for an apartment in Roosevelt Island. The best we can hope for is a 2 bedroom apartment.
The conditions are pretty good. The apartments have a terrace and the building has access to a gym and a pool.
Hopefully we'll be selected for either an immediate apartment or placed on the list relatively close to present. I'd hate to find out we're on a 4 year waiting list.
