My wife had a hard night and I had to stay home from the office today. It's been a long day.
I took my son to the doctor who's been a little cranky and he's been having diarrhea for a couple of days.
Our doctor said that the diarrhea was probably a reaction to his having whole milk for the last weeks. She said that should go away in a few months as his body is getting accustomed to it.
Additionally he's having his molars come in which presents more agony for him.
I took the family home and as I was taking my son out of the car I slipped and fell onto the asphalt.
I turned my body to that I took the damage and cushioned my son but he was somewhat startled and cried for some time.
The thing that bothers me is that I lost my balance for no reason. I didn't trip over anything, my feet were firmly planted but I lost my balance. I'm a little concerned that this might be a side-effect of a more serious condition. I didn't voice my concern or worry to my wife since that might make her really scared and cause her to over-worry. Overall I'm ok. I just caused some severe pain to my extra bones in my knees.
I have Ostosis which is extra bone growth. Over the years I have observed that when I take a serious enough injury that it hurts to the bone I usually have a growth develop on the damaged section of bone. I'm just curious as to what happens to damaged bone on bone growth.
