NYC has potholes, construction plates and general asphalt damage. It's a big city with alot of traffic, you gotta expect these things.
But I don't get how SUV drivers go around or go slowly over these things. Come on folks, that's what the vehicles are made for, go over them at regular speed. I just go through these things with my little Geo Metro and these big cars slow me down as they gingerly navigate these obstacles.
What a waste of machinery.
