I left the party early. I was uncomfortable to the point of misery. I had a light blue shirt on and the level of sweating I was enduring was agonizing. There was a large dark blue blotches all over my collar, chest, elbows and of course the pits.
It was a surprise party. The guest of honor was to arrive at 8:45 but at 9:00 there was no activity and no feedback from anyone as to what was going on.
I couldn't take it. I had to come home. I took the baby with me becuase he needed his sleep and he has been particularly cranky lately. We think his molars are coming in and he's just a miserable as I was.
