Voting took place

We had a co-op board meeting last night. I had never attended one before even though I've been here for about five years or so.

There were some tenants that were running for the board and over the weekend they have been campaigning for the buildings votes. Out of the four that were trying to replace the existing board, three successfully won a position.

It's unusual to me the entire process. There was quite a bit of infighting. The existing Board President remained however she's in the capacity of Vice President now.

It was so hot in the room I had to walk around with our son to keep him calm. By the time it was over and voting took place I filled out our ballot and took our son upstairs leaving my wife with the others.
